Most corporate training programs are designed for employees and junior/middle managers. Our Basic Health Check targets the same audience (L1-employees, and L2-junior/middle managers) with anonymous online survey. It will help you to determine the competencies that require improvement (e.g. the three worst performed competencies, the comptencies with the greatest expectation gap between managers and employees), and fix the Achilles' heels with tailored training plans.

Choose Advanced Health Check. Numerous problems surface from various areas within the organization. Among them, the four major areas that most issues stem from are also the focuses of our Organizational Health Check: competencies, leadership, corporate system and organizational culture. Advanced Health Check facilitates a transparent view of the organization status quo that enables accurate problem and root cause identification. With the additional help from experienced consultants, executives will be able to more rigorously develop corrective strategies to further enhance corporate competitiveness (and executives' performance in turn).

 

Advanced Health Check also allows executives to set benchmark using the highest data point of each competency or attribute as common goals for performance improvement. Managers of each level should translate the targets into actionable plans accordingly. Unlike external benchmark, internal benchmark is more solid and practical. As a result, changes and improvement are more effective and manageable.


A

Regular Advanced Health Check helps you to establish baseline using our indexes for comparison between different survey results. This allows you to quickly spot the gaps between actual outcomes and expected changes (e.g. index expected to increase actually drops, and vice versa), and highlight the indexes for further analysis. The next step will be probing in details which factors are influential by examing how survey results are correlated to changes taking place between two surveys (e.g. strategy adjustment, organization adjustment, changing market trends, controversial corporate decisions). In this way, you identify and continue the positive changes that benefit the organization, whereas negative changes can be corrected or ruled out.

Use Customized Health Check. You can build the survey with custom competencies that are desired from employees in your function, while using standard quesions to survey for leadership, corporate system, organizational culture (as consistency in these three dimensions through out the organization is expected). It should be reminded that custom competencies require acknowledgment by all managers within the function. Clear-cut competency definitions should also be available for different levels of employees.
