Reliability
To obtain the reliability of the survey, we sent the raw data to the EMBA professors in NTU (National Taiwan University) for statistical analysis. The values of Cronbach's Alpha are listed below.

George and Mallery (2003) provide the following rules:
- α > .9 ⇒ Excellent,
- α > .8 ⇒ Good,
- α > .7 ⇒ Acceptable,
- α > .6 ⇒ Questionable,
- α > .5 ⇒ Poor,
- α < .5 ⇒ Unacceptable.
Others suggest an alpha of 0.70 is acceptable for a new instrument (DeVellis 1991; DeVon et al. 2007).
Conclusion: All alpha values are higher or close to 0.90. It means OrgBetter survey has excellent reliability.
